Q: How does the 512Hz Locator actually work?
A: The camera head has a transmitter that sends a 512Hz signal. You use the handheld receiver on the ground above the pipe. As you walk over the pipe, the receiver beeps. The loudest beep indicates the exact spot where the camera (and blockage) is located underground.
Q: Is the screen really 9 inches? That seems huge.
A: Yes! It is a massive 9-inch IPS screen. It is significantly larger than standard 4.3" or 7" screens, allowing you to see small cracks or roots without squinting. It also has a sun-visor for outdoor use.
Q: What does "Self-Leveling" mean?
A: The camera head has a built-in gyroscope. Even if the cable twists or turns inside the pipe, the image on the screen automatically rotates to stay upright (0 degrees). This makes it much easier to navigate and inspect.
Q: Can I record video and audio?
A: Yes! It has a built-in DVR. You can record video (AVI), take photos (JPG), and record audio. The 32GB card is included, and it supports up to 128GB.
